Mom, Dad, Kellie, Kaycee and I, along with Kellie's boyfriend Stephen, all cruised up to McCall to spend a few days in the snow before Christmas. We cozied up in the worldmark cabin complex and enjoyed swimming at the indoor pool, as well as getting some fresh air on the sledding slopes. Check out the video to see more of our freezing getaway. -Kent

Baby is Here!

This one's for you Kent! I've been trying to brainstorm how to reach you and let you know that you have an adorable new nephew, and I remembered you saying you have good access to our family blog. Cute baby boy Pickett was born on Sunday, August 22nd at 10:28 am. He's precious and adorable and I can't stop looking at him! He was 7lbs 14oz and came quick! My water broke at 6am at home, came to the hospital dialted to 5 and 90% effaced. The contractions started at 5 minutes apart, then 3, then 2. Then we were scrambling to find the drug man to get my epidural going. Once that was in, life was good and we were just waiting for the dr. to get there and play catch. He came out with his umbilical cord wrapped tightly around his neck 3 times, but they quickly corrected things and he was crying in no time. He's dong great! I forgot to bring my camera cord to the hospital, so I'll post a picture a little later. Check back!
Oh, and I'm sure you're wondering what his name is.. so am I! He's currently nameless. it will be decided in the next day! Stay tuned....
Love and miss you all!

Carollos Across the Country!!!

Hello Carollos!!! It's Hillary here to share with you the AMAZING times that Mom, Kellie and I had on their trip to Boston and our adventures to DC and NYC. First of all, I have to say that I miss all of you terribly, and I know that we are all really missing Kent. Kent, you mean so much to all of us and we think of you often. I hope that all of you who have visited Boston will recognize some of these fun places that you have visited and that this inspires you to come back and visit me again soon!!

Sawtooth Relay 2010
The sawtooth Relay is seriously the most beautiful run anyone could possibly do! There are lots of pictures that are going to come along with this post, but look at how beautiful the mountains are :) I had the best team ever and we had SUCH a good time. If you get a chance, go to sawtoothrelay.com and check it out. I did legs 1 and 7 this year for a total of about 11.92 miles. Last year I was 2 and 8.

Our team had a start time of 5:30am Saturday morning. Heather had to work at the Ram on Friday night since that is a money making night so she didn't want to take it off since Saturday she obviously had to take off as well. We ended up leaving boise to head to Standley around 130 in the morning running on no sleep. This was the roadtrip up there! :)

Obviously not all of these are me, but I just wanted you to see some of the scenery!

We were the wild cheetahs, so one of the mom's on our team picked up these cute matching shirts :) This is at the finish line when we were done with the whole run. It took us a little over 11 hours to finish all 66 miles! What an amazing day.
